Hi All
A customer of mine is experiencing a problem with their Lotus Notes 4.6.x clients. When connected to their LAN and using Notes the client with randomly freezes. They haven't experienced any problems when the client is working locally.
The problem only occurs on their Toshiba Portege 4010 notebooks. There are using either Windows NT4 or Windows 2000. Other Toshiba notebooks and other manufacturers systems work ok. I have other customer using the Portege 4010 and Notes without any problems.
If anyone has any answers, suggestions or if there is anything else we should be asking please reply.
