Lotus Notes and Domino Server Admin tutorial any?

Hi,
I am new to Lotus Notes and Domino Servers. Is there any tutorial or documentaion available that would help me to pick up the things from scrap...

There are many good Lotus Notes and Domino websites out there besides the lotus.com site. Try

(plenty of Notes related documentation). Also with Notes the best thing to do is to build a Notes test box (server and admin client)in order to get a feel for the admin side of things. Hope this helps.
