Lotus notes & Incremental Backups

Hi all,

I have a number of Notes clients. Some back up and will do an incremental backup which is about 4 GB. Others back up and run an incremental which is pretty much the size of the Notes mail folder.

Is there something causing the incremental to be this size? Obviously if every file changes it will be large, but I don't believe every file is changing.
