A coworker has asked me this, and I've never dealt with Lotus. Any help would be appreciated.
I've installed a BCM50 for this customer and they have also purchased Unified Messaging. No biggie. Except that they are using Lotus Notes v7.0 and the client software is completely screwing it up. Royally. After installing on the first PC, the customer lost all ability to view his inbox or saved documents. Fortunately, they were all backed up and were able to be restored but it ended up requiring a total removal and re-install of Lotus Notes to make it work right again.
Has anyone got any experience with this? Installing w/ Lotus? Anyone else had any issues? I've searched Nortel's site and find some similar problems in the Knowledge Base but only for different versions of either the Msg'ing client or the Lotus. No exact matches.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been messing with this for a couple of days now and am about ready to pull out my hair.....what's left of it.
