Hi,

If I click the Delete button in Lotus, or hit the del key, or right click and delete, the message gets a black X net to it instead of moving to the trash.

I can drag a message to the trash though.

Please help,

mike

Hi

The black X shows that it has been marked for deletion. If you press F9 then it will ask to confirm your deletion. Once the email is deleted there is no comming back so that is why there is a double check. At the end of a session any mail that have been marked for deletion will be deleted, again you will be prompted. From memory all these setting are in your preferences in the Notes client.
Its a good product once you get used to it.

Regards

Dave
