Lotus Notes 6 - Calander & Trash changed to numbers list

Hello! I hope you can help me with a problem in my Lotus Notes 6 application that I have tried everything to resolve, but haven't had any success. When I try to access my personal calendar, all I get is a list of numbers down the right column, and nothing in the toolbar up top except for a "$" symbol above the column of numbers. When I double click on one of the numbers, the corresponding calendar item appears...but again, there is no weekly calendar display. When I open another person's calendar, it displays normally (with the "schedul a meeting," "new," "owner action," etc. displayed on the toolbar above). The tab displays my name and "Group Calendar." I might have inadvertently created a group calendar...which replaced my regular calendar(?) I just want to get my normal calendar view back. Also, when I go to my "Trash" bin, the same thing is displayed. NOT my deleted messages, but a list of numbers (as described above). Nobody--even the "experts" around here--seems to know what I might have done to cause this problem. Please help, if you can. Many many thanks! Try going to View > Customize this view... then click the 'Defaults' button

It said Windows 2000 or better, so I bought a Mac

Customize this view" was grayed out. I think the problem goes a bit deeper than that...but thanks for your input. Just had our IS guy out here and it even had his mind boggled. He tried many different things, but nothing worked. May need the help of a developer. Is this a cry for help? YES.
