Lotus Notes 4.6 How to add auto signature

I need to know how to add an auto signature in Lotus notes 4.6. I have been informed to go to actions, mail tools, and then modify mail closing info. I do not have modify mail closing info. Please help

Not sure about that version but in my version you go to your inbox, click on the tools button, then preferences and then the signature tab.
