Lotus notes 4.6.1 with dial-up connection

Hi,

I have a senario here. I have install a lotus notes server 4.6.1 version in my office and i want to configure the lotus notes server with dial-up connections (which mean using modem). How I can configure it and WHERE IS THE SETTING TO SET THE AUTO CONNECT AND AUTO DISCONNCET FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES IDLE.
