Lotus Note R5 mail rules problem

I have a Notes database that is used only for receiving replies to our company's promotional emails. I am trying to use mail rules to "weed out" all the 'undeliverable' messages and to direct unsubscribe requests, etc into folders so a Notes agent can auto-forward them to our customer service group to respond. For some reason, the rules I create will NOT work if the condition is set to check the BODY of the message - they only work when checking the SENDER or SUBJECT. How can I fix this?
