I am typing text in a cell and want to start an new line within the cell. Previously (under win98) I have used alt+1+0 to create a line feed.

I am now using Lotus on a different machine (windows XP Professional) and it doesn't work. I get a ? but it doesn't act as a line feed. I have wrap text in cell checked.

What setting am I missing? Is there another way to introduce a CR+LF into he text in a cell? Is there another setting I may have set when I first loaded LOTUS under 98? (Yo those many years ago)

I have some questions... are you using 123r5w in Win XP Pro?? and if yes, can you give me an example of why you might need to have a line feed command within a single cell?? [dazed]
