It's VERY particular about replication activities with SQL databases. Indexes have to be kept on the SQL tables, but initial loads of the data fail when using indexes (if you have thousands of rows to insert initially.) Look at what you're wanting to do - we found that after using it awhile, we felt safer with exporting documents into an ASCII text file and pulling them into SQL rather than use the LEI replication/direct transfer activities...
