Lotus Client 6.5 Crashes

Clients system is crashing when it replicates. It generates an error message: NSFD is running and it generates an nsd log file which states: Error (4) can't attach to process. Info (0) using psapi.dll (5) access is denied, Error (0): adjusttokenprivilidge failed (1300).

I have installed another system for the client and it is generating the same error message.

Would appreciate any help.
