Lotus --Categories help!

I have created a database a while ago and now Im trying to categorize it active and inactive anyway I did it but it also comes up with (Not Categorized) catogory, How do I take all the Not categorized documents and make them active without opening and hitting the radio button on each one.

You write an agent that runs on all selected documents.

If you want to mark all documents as "Active" then your agent would be:

Field Status := "Active"

This assumes your field name is called "Status". Make sure the agent is selected to appear in the Actions menu.

Then you select all the documents you wish to update and run the agent on those documents.
