Lotus & BB Enterprise/Out Of Office broken.

Greetings.

Not sure if this is the best place for this question.
If not, please advise.

I am using a Lotus Notes Server in tandum with a BB Enterprise server.
The Enterprise server is new, about 4 weeks old.
We have been using Lotus for over a Decade.
Since bringing on the BB server routing through the Lotus server, the Out Of Office function in Lotus seems to be broken.
In other words, it stops functioning when the blackberry pulls anything from the email account.

The Out Of Office function is on a PC client not the BB, for clarification.

Anyone have any ideas of a place to send me?
