Which version of SmartSuite?
You should have "Exploring SmartSuite", a manual in PDF format under Start - Programs - Lotus SmartSuite - Docs Online. If not reinstall, selecting custom install and deselecting everything except Docs Online.
Start Approach, choose New Database and select the Order and Invoice Tracking SmartMaster. You can study how this works and should help get you started.
I'd recommend purchasing Using Lotus Approach 96 by Sue Sloan. It's been reprinted and can be purchased online at
