Lotus Approach Link Object from Listing to c: Drive

Hi,
I want to developed Document Database. Basic Format As following :
Report Name Decription Years Location Link
A1 Report No1 c: Rmad01 Button
A2 Report No2 c: \report\RMAD02 Button
a3 Report No3 d: \document\rmad5 Buton
When i click the link button at the right the system link to the location and open the new windows file .

I tried used micro but it doesn't work
