Hi, I think somebody has been tampering with the design button in our approach database and altered something. It seems that the width of the form has been reduced and some of the columns have truncated and are stacking on top of each other. There used to be a scroll bar at the bottom of the page to scroll across and see some of the information but this is no longer there. This is what the form should look like

I have spent hours looking at the property settings and I can't solve it .Any help would be greatly appreciated
