I use Lotus Approach (from Lotus SmartSuite 9.8.2) on a Windows 7 64-bit PC to connect to an Oracle server (using the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle driver) to download data from a couple of tables on the server. The connection works with no problem because I can view the data from the tables on the Oracle server, but when I try to do a "save as" to save the APR and the data, it hangs. I am able to download the data from my Windows XP (32-bit) PC. I need to be able to do this from the Windows 7 PC because the XP PC will eventually be replaced with a Windows 7 (64-bit) PC. Can you help?
