We have just recently upgraded our copies of Smartsuite 9.01 to 9.5. The old version was uninstalled and a fresh copy of 9.5 was installed.
Once 9.5 was installed I attemtpted to install patch "c" that I downloaded from IBM. Before installing the patch I checked the version number to make sure the patch had installed correctly.
The fresh version number was: 9.5.9904.2801 the patched version should have been: 9.5.9904.9805 but remained at 2801.
This was tried on Windows 98 workstation and a Windows XP Home workstation producing the same result.
Has anybody encountered this problem before?
