Lotus 123 Will not open...

This program errors right out as soon as you try and open it. This is a new machine I put Office 2003 pro onto it, then slapped on Lotus smartsuite and Lotus worked fine... Finished up this machine for the person and now Lotus 123 won't work at all but all the others pieces of the suite work just fine?? I am a little baffled. It automatically brings up the microsoft error where you send out a report and doesn't give you any HINT of an idea as into whats the problem.

Any thoughts?

I am having the same problem. I can get the program
to open but when I click on a file I get the message
that Lotus has generated an error and will be closed

Can you login to a diff account on this machine and see if it functions? The problem over here ended up being strictly his profile and nothing more. Deleted it and recreated the profile and worked perfect.
