Lotus 123 ver 9.5 hang with Windows 98 SE

Hello, I have Lotus SmartSuite ver. 9.5 and when I try to open Lotus 123 to create or open a existing Lotus file the computer hang ( Ctrl + Alt + Del doesn´t work, only reseting the computer ). To see if isn´t a system problem, I´ve tried to desinstall e reinstall the SmartSuite, Install Via chipset update, verify the setup, format and install Windows 98 Se again with only the Software Smartsuite and even update the bios, but the problem persist. From the SmartSuite, only Lotus 123 doesn't work. This problem happen with 10 computers and I still don´t know what I can do to solve this problem. The computers are 700MHZ Duron, with 128MB RAM and has Windows 98 SE. Can you help me to solve this problem?

What printer do you have installed on these systems? Try switching your default driver to a HP Laserjet IIP as an experiment to see if 123 opens ok. If so, the printer driver is causing the problem.

I´m using a Canon BJC. I uninstall the printer and the problem persists, I also tried to change the printer, but the problem persist. Today I format a computer and I don´t install the printer, the problem persist with only Lotus 123.
