Hi ,
I have a problem with Lotus 123. I need something(I guess a Macro) which can automatically do some stuff for me.
Get the top 5 customers/region.. sorted by revenue from a sheet. How to do this I am not a programmer and therefore dont have a clue. Is there maybe also a website with already written macros?
The other question. Is there a macro counting fields(in percentage)when the only recognition of this fields is that there are red(colour)?
Thank you very much in advance
Cheers

If your data requires, I would use a Data-Query-Aggregate, then sort the results.
This can be controlled with a macro.

The 3 column (single row) output range would be somthing like:

CUSTOMER REGION @SUM(REVENUE)

You could use the /DQI[input]~C[crit]~O[output]~EQ
procedure and then sort the results.

Now since there is no @DLARGE nor @DSMALL function you have to write a macro to get your result from this aggregate table. The easiest procedure would be to add an index formula to this result table and then extract to the final table using a criteria such as: INDEX>6.
