Would you guys point me, or tell me how to do these things?:

Load an Image on the background of a movie...
Load a NEW movie, give it a name, and control its x/y position.
Update information via php...I can GET informatio from a php, but I need to keep it updating every second...

Also, whats the best way to feed live information into Flash?...with constant updates?...
