I am trying to create a report that has over 1500 records and disply the results on as few of pages as possible. I have no groupings levels (because groupings wouldn't make sense) therfore everything is in the detail section. All that I want to see is 3 columns (Project, Method, Owner). These are not very large 6, 4, and 2 characters in length respectively. I have been searching the TT site and haven't found the solution yet. I would like to be able show two or possibly three columns of the set of columns(Project, Method, Owner). Very similar to indexes in a reference book.

Select the "Format with Multiple Columns" format option for the detail section. A "Layout" tab then becomes visible where you specify how many columns, etc...

Thank you Ido. That is all that I was looking for. I know that it was possible and read things on it, I just didn't know where the location of the property was.

Thanks again.
