When I Boot, System time is correct, but as I leave the system running the clock loses minutes. Example `Booted 3 hours ago and 9:34 on clock as to 9:50 real. What can be doing this??? is this a virus ??? Mcfee Virus Scan active. Tks. Johnn

It sounds more like a BIOS problem than a Virus, look for a BIOs update from your vendor.

Low resources in Windows can cause this. After Windows has finished loading, the clock is not synched with the time in the BIOS again until you reboot or make a change. You can see this by going to a command prompt and typing the command time, which will show you the current time in the BIOS.

Assuming that it's a Windows problem, the "BIOS" time will be correct. Let us know what you find...
