Lost windows domain cached credentials...

I have a user who is in Colorado. I am in Washington... Anyway, his cached login credentials where blown away due to a password change. Is there anyway to force the password from the network back onto his computer via the VPN client?

Or by phone?

. make sure the Protected Storage service is running; Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services

. You can make manual entries: Start, Run, control userpasswords2

And see:

. If these are Domain credentials, by phone get a valid username/password for a Domain Administrator.
