Our WAN is connected together with LANCity LCb cable modems and Head end units, using a cable tv line. For two days our cable modems do not connect. We tried powering off and our cable modem,the head end unit, and the computer running the head end unit. We're not able to ping the head end, and we think the problem could be the cable line. We haven't been able to have AT&T test our lines yet, and are wondering if there may be some diagnostic things we can do ourselves?
