Lost Voicemail NEC IP4WW

NEC IP4WW-12TXH-B-TEL
We have two Phones at the office that the Voicemail no longer picks up. All other exentions work.
We only Have the Phones themself to program features, NO IP address to login to, NO IT team, just me child of the 80s.

Possible things that could effect our issue that have occured.
1) Co-workers voicemail stopped picking up.
2) 3 Weeks later all the phones were stuck in NightMode. I manage to find Tek-tip and turned on Day 1 Mode. Problem solved
3) Now a second co-workers voicemail stopped picking up.

Could Day 1 Mode and Day 2 Mode have an effect on what voicemail will work?
Is there a #1234567890 code we could enter on the phones themself to make Voicemail pickup again.
 
It sounds like you have a NEC SL1100 system. You need to check your call forward settings for each phone. Use the MENU key + 60/1/2 and follow the on screen prompts to set/cancel your call forward busy no answer settings to VM. The default VM pilot number is 3999. Hopefully it was not changed. As for logging in, Press MENU + 96 to see the IP addresses of the system 192.168.0.10 is the default. The first one is most likely used unless you have a VoIP card. Set your PC to the same subnet. Connect your PC directly to the system LAN jack. Use a web browser to reach the IP address of the system. The default published log in is sltech + 12345678, as long as it was not changed. This will get you into the system program to make changes. Call forwarding is MB 15-07. When you press apply the changes take immediately.
