Just had an electra elite IPK system installed here with a 4 port 25 VMS card. It seems to be working fine... just a few small issues - We have the SPE card and I've been trying to get IP access to voicemail set up to no avail, but that's not my problem today - The installer doesn't remember the password for co-session access to my voicemail - The only ID that seems to work (and ask for a security code) is NEC, but I don't know the security code!!! Is there a default I can use or some way I can reset that password? HELP!!!
