I've never seen this happen before so I'm hoping someone here has a remedy. I used the "AXIS" un-install utility to remove a port for a Canon printer yesterday. Afterwards, all the visable TCP/IP printer ports plus everything that usually shows in the 'PORTS' tab dissapeared. The ports are still there becasue all of our 150+ printers are working just fine. I just cannot see them any longer. Is there a way to rebuild/refresh that listing to populate those entries back into my server? I have already done a re-boot....The only thing left for me to do is a restore from last backup if you don't have a solution.
