Lost Toolbars

I unclicked the 4 'allow' options in the start-up menu and have lost all toolbars, now I can't get any properties or toolbars back. How can I fix this?
Thanks alot and appreciate any help

Hold shift key down and click on your database icon then go to tools startup and check all 4 option back.
