Lost Tool Bars in Outlook

I have Outlook 2000 connected to an Exhange 5.5 server.

One of my users lost her tools bar. I was able to bring the standard tool bar back but I can't get the menu tool bar back. Even though the Outlook shows the tool bar is check off. But I don't see it.

How do I get the menu tool back.

Sounds like the Outlook Data Key is corrupted in the registry. Try deleting it and restarting Outlook which will recreate it again.
