Hello everyone.
Our costumer have some BCM50 working.
Yesterday, a BCM50 has stopped to work and they can't send o recieve calls.
The telephony configuration have been cleared. The BCM has the default configuration.
(Like you had applied the "cold reset telephony services").
On the logs, we see these lines:
(File configchange.systemlog)
<critical> 2008-05-20T07:16:31.469064 XXXXXX CORE [1437]: eventID=77; message=Core Telephony - Persistent Data Repository corruption.; problemResolution=Perform a restore with a known good backup. If problem persists contact your local support group.
<critical> 2008-05-20T08:08:11.500989 XXXXXX CORE [1450]: eventID=33; message=Core Telephony - Cold restart has occurred causing loss of telephony data.; problemResolution=Check configuration change logs to see if this was user initiated. If not contact your local support group.
We have applied the restore of backup configuration, and now, the BCM50 is working fine.
Patches applied on BCM50 (before and after problem):
BCM050.R200.SU.Desktop.003-200709-1.0-1.0
BCM050.R200.SU.System.004-200710-1.0-1.0
BCM050.R200.079-UTPS-1.2-1.1
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance
(sorry for my english)
