Lost SAN Shares

We have a DELL server attached to an iSCSI SAN. Every time we reboot the Dell server, we lose all our shares. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Thank you so much xmsre! I figured that's what it was but couldn't find any kb articles on it. Guess I just didn't search properly. I knew someone here would know the answer to this one.
