Dear Gurus,

I am basically a solaris guy; new to AIX.
I recently got one AIX 4.3 machine to administer, but the root password is lost..
I need to work on this machine.. I know how to break the root passworsd on Solaris (Same procedure:- boot with CDROM, mount FS, change clear root password..)..But not sure about that on AIX..

Could somebody help me in getting exact procedure of breaking root password on AIX m/c? Pls lemme know which boot CDROM should i use..

Urgent help appreciated!!
