Lost Roaming profile

I have some users who i cannot locate the roaming profiles and then the os (Windows 2k Pro) looks for a local,cannot find that then gives a temporary. These are freshly configured machines. Any help on locating the profiles?

If you're running an NT 4 network, look in User Manager for Domains at where the user profile path is for that user. If it's a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain, then use Active Directory Users and Computers to view the user's properties and profile location. Marc Creviere
