MD110 traffic recordering function measures lost and dropped packets on IP board. How to interpret the values that we get in printout for lost and droped packets.
Ex.
[tt]DATE MENO OBJECT
03OCT05 0 IPXBRD
TIME TRAFF CALLS NBRD NBLO CONG JITTER PACKETS
LOST DROP.
11:15-11:30 0.27 21 1 0 0 0 4309 0.[/tt]

What is the meaning of „4309 lost packets“?
Does it mean "there were 4309 paskets lost on the board during these 15 min.? (Absolute value of droped packets during the time period)

In Alex I found the description:
"LOST (PACKETS) Part per thousand of lost packets in the outgoing traffic flow (packets lost in the network and never received on the ELU32 board)."
It means that „4309 per thousand of“ – how to understand it?

Is I understand it, you lost 4309000 packets during that timeframe
