lost original file, need help recreating it.

Hi all,

Im a partner in a website design company and created our logo in Illustrator, however I have since lost the original file and am stuck with a 27dpi jpeg of the logo.

I was wondering if anyone could help me recreate the logo in illustrator again, I have spent hours myself trying all with no avail.

The Jpeg is available for download along with my progress recreating it so far, at the included url.
