Lost or Changing Links

I have a Table of Contents page that I linked to other acrobat files. It was all working beautifully until after not touching it for a month I went to click on one of the links. There are probably 100 links on the Table of Contents page and the last 50 changed. They are now pointing to the wrong article or don't work at all. Why would they change and why only the bottom half. Please help?
