Lost Newbie

I've never worked on any Mitel equipment before and am being thrown into the mix without any help. My first task is to relocate 2 extensions on an SX2000. Both are 4015's. THey are comin up with a "No Synchronization" message and all of the lights are blinking. I figured that a physical relocate was no biggie, but I guess there is more to it. Any info on how to get these phones back online would be great. Thanks.

At a guess, you have connected them to the wrong port.

I would install a test jack at the MDF and try to get it working there.

You could provide the PLID e.g. 6-1-1-1 for the set and we could provide the color code of the pair you are looking for.
