We have an NT network 4.0 with SP3. We seemed to have lost our printers, except one. When we ping the printers, only some packets come back as Reply and most are Request Timed out. We have tried reapply sp3 because we did install an upgrade on an application that we use. We have rebooted several times. We reinstalled HP Jet Admin but no luck. We checked and rechecked the printers network config. We tried reinstalling the drivers on the server but the communication error keeps coming up. Any one know what we should try?
