Lost Merlin Messaging passord 1

If I loose the Admin password in Merlin Messaging, how do I get it back without calling Avaya and getting billed to death?

If I am not mistaken, you can simply plug into the ADMIN port on the system. You need physical access to the unit and probably a laptop with WINSPM or DOSSPM to communicate. Good luck!
