Lost Menu Buttons for access 2003 1

I needed to have a switchboard open when my database did. I went to Tools-Start Up and designated a form to open. I was trying different options after it worked, so i unchecked "Allow Toolbar/Menu Changes" and now when i went back into my database, most of my menus were gone. How do i reverse this? The obvious way of going back into tools isnt a possibility because it no longer exists.

Close your database.

Then hold down the SHIFT key and whilst keeping it held down, re-open your database.

Unless you've locked your db down really tightly (which most people don't, I have to say), this will bypass all the Startup options set, allowing you to go back into Tools, Startup and reset your toolbar/menu options.
