I occasionally work on the IPKs. I have been asked to salvage a port gone wrong. Apparently a previous installer set the IPK II up to auto dial a 9 with the dial string sincxe they had Centrex lines. I believe the programming for that is in 26. Trouble is the NECII login password has been changed. Is there any way to reste it save for s system reset?

The system belongs to you, therefore so does the password. Call your vender and insist on them giving it to you.
On another note, there are a few default passwords. One may not have been changed. Download a copy of the programming manual or the installation manual and look them up. Passwords are not revealed in this forum. Your last recourse is to default the system to obtain the default passwords.

I know the 4 defaults. Looks like we'll be defaulting the systrem.

Yeah well we sure would have if we had the number. Anyway, all done.
