Lost mail conduit

I'm new to Palm usage and seem to somehow lost the mail cync on my Palm IIIxe. I use to be able to write messages on the Palm and then sync it up to the computer and the Outlook program would send the mail messages.

I have the mail program on the Palm, but on the PC unser the setup it does not have mail.

Any know what I might have done or what I can do to fix this.
