IP Office 500V2 previously programmed. Deleted existing configuration and lost licenses. How/who do I contact to get licenses to reinstall in switch?
System SD Card SN 1368630199

Is there any cost to getting licenses back?

I have a static IP address can the licenses be downloaded via the static IP address directly to the switch?

Thanking you in advance...

Chris

If you have a saved config file then load it up, the license keys will be there. If you don't have a backup, contact the business partner that you purchased them from. Or if you're lucky someone on here will look them up for you.

Look in the C:\Program File(x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager folder for *.cfg or *.BAK files it should also have the name of the system in it.
That are your config or backup file. You can open them offline in Manager and export the license list from there to import them in your test rig.
This is step one in your training as requested in another post.

Ha.
@intrigrant, not your current predicament.

Remember your training and you will make it back alive!
