Dear All,
I had submitted some threads for the past few years.
We were a group of Bilingual software engineers who were
made to work here in Japan from a company on contract.
The company adopted a very stale strategy cheating us
because we were bound by the contract they had made.
We were not given proper bonuses that they had promised
and also were cheated of Air fare they had promised to
give us every one year. All the readers here have been
very helpful to me in giving me valuable advises.
Atlast I am out of this Hell, I had give 75Man yen as I
broke the contract. I could have taken up the issue in
court but it demands a long period of time and the
law system in my country is also not up to expectation.
So, I hereby request all my good friends to be very
careful before signing a contract with such companies.
Thank you.

Special thanks to KornGeek

Very pleased you managed to sort it out, even at a cost. As you say, a cautionary tale.

Glad you were able to get out from the contract, even if it cost a lot of money.

Chip H.

I haven't been checking these boards lately, so I just now discovered this thread. I'm glad you're out of that situation. Yes, it cost you some money, but I've learned that in the long run, money isn't nearly as important as people. The stress of that situation could have eventually caused health problems, etc.

What I'm saying is that even though it cost a lot, it's probably well worth the money.

I'm glad I was able to assist you in some way (although I think all I was truly able to offer was encouragement). I hope things well for you in the future.
