I'm having such a problem week!

I went to a clients site two days ago to remove six port slim that they didnt need. Following my usual procedures i simply powered down the system, removed the card and powered it back up. Although this incurred a loss of all programming and the date went back to manufacture date. This i could handle and got them up and running again. What really got me was that the Hospitality feature under system programming seems to have completely disapeared. Now i know that if you lose it you have to get the SYS ID and re-order the software keys. What i want to know is why this happened and how can i prevent it. Also if theres any cheats to remind it that it already has it!!!

Maybe i'm asking a lot, but you dont get if you dont ask!!!

When you downgrade you usually lose programming. Back up before you start. Restore after you finish.

Yeah thats what i would like to do but im still battling that feature with my ERAD and NRU. Because i'm in the UK theres some slight differences. That are currently restricting me.
Any ideas on how you can get the switch to remember in the current situation?

I do not believe so. The Key codes are married to the Sys ID.

You may want to look at your ID because sometimes after a downgrade the System ID will change.
