When I double-click at the top of a Word 97 doc I get into the Header, with the rest of the document greyed out, but there's no Header/Footer toolbar. Checking the right-click menu on toolbars doesn't reveal anything helpful. Any suggestions about why the toolbar doesn't appear and how I can get it back?
Thanks!

Make certain the toolbar hasn't been docked and is "hiding" amongst your other toolbars at top or bottom of the window. After double-clicking on the Header or Footer, look for the telltale "Insert Autotext" or "Close" buttons.
