Lost folders in win 2003 server

Can anyone help me with how/where to find which client accidentally/or intentionally deleted 2 folders on our win 2003 server?
The 2 folders where present in the morning at approx 9a.m. By about 2pm in the afternoon the 2 folders have disappeared from the network server share. Atleast if I can know where to begin to look for the culprit client-id and prevent it from happening again.

In order to avoid this in the future
1. Ensure that auditing of object access is enabled in your local/domain policy
2. Enable auditing at the folder level and audit Everyone access (this is done through the ACL advanced options)
